Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee high-volume kitchen operations and front-of-house service. You will lead staff, implement safety standards, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient process execution.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restaurant management, experience with budgets and P&L, and strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing operations with high annual sales volume.
• Ability to interpret budgets and P&L statements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety practices.
• Drive sales through ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist the GM with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, and reporting.
• Train and develop staff to prepare and package orders efficiently.
• Understand financial reporting to influence business decisions.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.
