You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure food quality and safety, and drive sales while managing costs and compliance. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/restaurant management education preferred.
• Previous restaurant management experience in high-volume environments required or preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members while fostering guest-focused culture.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain team members to support operational success.
• Deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality by ensuring outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulations.
• Analyze financial performance (sales, labor, food cost, profitability) and develop action plans to improve results.
• Manage labor scheduling, sales forecasting, inventory, and ordering for efficiency.
• Ensure proper cash handling, safety, and security procedures.
• Complete payroll, scheduling, inventory, and admin duties on time.
• Utilize training programs and performance tools to support employee development and growth.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.
• Grow sales and loyalty through local marketing, catering and guest engagement.
