Qualifications

Prior experience in a management role or similar position is required.
Customer service experience is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license is required.
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Store Operations and Drive Results including costs, inventory, image standards, cleanliness, and punctuality.
Recruit, develop, and retain staff members.
Manage food safety and team member safety.
