Job summary

Recovery Sports Grill Amsterdam is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee and coordinate planning, organizing, training and leadership needed to reach sales, cost, staff retention and guest satisfaction goals.

You will ensure food quality and service standards, manage labor and costs, and uphold safety and cleanliness while driving a positive work environment. The role requires 3+ years in FOH/management, ability to stand for long periods, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
• Excellent math and cash handling skills.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve sales, service and quality objectives.
• Ensure guest service is friendly, responsive and consistent with standards.
• Schedule labor and manage costs while meeting performance targets.
