Qualifications

Must have prior serving and/or bartending experience.
Excellent guest service skills and cash handling ability.
Serve Safe certification completed.
TIPS certification completed.
Strong basic math skills for cash handling.
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines; guest driven.
Maintain a professional image with guests and team.
Fill in for managers in their absence and support daily operations.
Prepare and serve food and beverages to standard recipes and portions.
Help achieve sales, service, quality, and sanitation goals.
Handle cash and receipts following restaurant policies and procedures.
Enforce responsible alcohol service on every shift.
Step in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Verify deliveries and ensure correct unit counts and condition.
Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
