You will manage restaurant performance, partner with local organizations, and execute marketing and operational initiatives to deliver consistent results and growth.

Responsabilités

• Guests First to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment, satisfied guests, and repeat business.
• Customer service focus from 9 am – 1 pm.
• Attracts, hires, develops, coaches, and retains Restaurant Managers and hourly employees.
• Developing and executing a local store marketing plan.
• Building relationships with community organizations.
• Ensuring food safety, sanitary practices, and brand standards.
• Interprets financials, analyzes data, and schedules using company systems.
• Controls food cost and proper food and supply ordering.
• Monitors security procedures and asset management; compliance with policies and regulations.
