Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or hotel settings.
• Strong beverage expertise and beverage program development.

• Ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop teams to high standards.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems; Toast experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Sommelier certification or formal wine education highly desirable.
