Job summary

The Beaufort Hotel's 34° North Restaurant in Beaufort, NC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, drive guest service excellence, and partner with the culinary team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

You will recruit and coach teams, manage beverage programs, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and liquor regulations while delivering strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing high-volume restaurant or F&B operations with accountability for guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Strong beverage expertise including wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage program development.
• Experience driving revenue growth, controlling costs, managing labor, and analyzing financial performance to achieve goals.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems; Toast experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring guest experiences and service excellence.
• Drive restaurant and beverage revenue through menu development, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee beverage programs and inventory controls; maintain cost management.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team to deliver outstanding offerings and guest satisfaction.
