KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our KFC franchise operation in the Alexandria, LA area. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and implement strategies to ensure exceptional guest experiences at our restaurant.

The role requires hands-on leadership, P&L responsibility, and the ability to close the restaurant consistent with operating hours. Opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by cash control, labor, inventory, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGM.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence for restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with quality products.
