Job summary

KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead our busy KFC operation. You will manage a team, drive profitability, control costs, and ensure a guest‑friendly experience with high standards.

This role requires strong leadership and P&L accountability, plus hands-on coaching. We offer paid training, medical/dental/vision, PTO, education programs, free shift meals, and employee discounts across KBP restaurants.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality food.
