Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience with a team.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant staff to deliver consistent service.
• Ensure quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation.
• Oversee shift operations and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist in managing a multimillion-dollar Cafe Rio restaurant.
