Job summary

Cafe Rio is seeking an assistant manager in the Post Falls, Idaho area to help run daily operations and lead a team in a high-energy environment. You will participate in our hands-on training program and support what makes Cafe Rio’s made-from-scratch concept successful.

You’ll develop leadership, improve guest satisfaction, and mentor staff while managing scheduling, quality, and efficiency. A strong team player with flexibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant or similar service environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
