Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and Serv Safe Certified.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires open availability.

Responsabilités

• Manage front counter to ensure quality service and coach staff.
• Lead meetings to plan and review operations and policies.
• Develop sales and utilize local store marketing.
• Control costs by monitoring utilities, supplies, and inventory.
• Prepare labor schedules and manage labor costs.
• Oversee cash handling and banking deposits.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain employee records.
• Maintain equipment and perform administrative tasks.
