Job summary

Cafe Rio is seeking high-energy assistant managers to lead and mentor restaurant teams, with hands-on training to run a multimillion-dollar operation. The program includes opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and full benefits.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on cooking from scratch and delivering outstanding guest experiences, while developing leadership and operational skills for a real fresh, made-from-scratch restaurant concept.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Contribute to running a multimillion-dollar restaurant operation.
• Maintain guest experience and food quality throughout service.
• Participate in hands-on training and development programs.
