Qualifications

• At least five years in a Lounge or Restaurant leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and COS, labor, and costs.
• Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, educate, and energize the team to deliver a world class dining experience.
• Oversee sanitation, health code compliance, and daily restaurant presentation.
• Increase revenue through marketing, networking, and staff engagement.
• Audit P&L, control costs, and manage inventory and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and licensing.
