Job summary

Cafe Rio Boise is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations at our fast-paced location. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver's license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in restaurant ops with teams of 15+.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Lead a team of 15+ employees and coach on performance.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff for growth.
