Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant setting.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand 8+ hours.
• Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15+ employees.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and guest service.
• Support training and onboarding of staff.
• Collaborate with management to meet targets.
