Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a General Manager in Madison, WI to lead restaurant operations and drive financial performance. You will oversee budgeting, inventory control, marketing initiatives, and guest satisfaction while building a strong team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry as a General Manager.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of operational and financial success.
• POS and back-office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess a natural hospitality and an affinity for interacting with guests.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask all day while maintaining a high level of customer service.
