Marco's Pizza in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, drive service excellence, and grow sales while managing costs. The role focuses on developing a strong team and upholding Marco's standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in hospitality, be willing to relocate if needed, and commit to a demanding schedule that includes weekends.

Formación

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays
