Marco's Pizza in Collinsville, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and drive operations. You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure outstanding product quality and customer service for every guest.

You will implement company processes, monitor KPIs, and maintain inventory and store standards while promoting the brand and culture. Candidates should be ready to work ~50 hours per week and relocate as needed.

Competenze

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members and supervise shifts.
