Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales, and ensure outstanding product quality and customer service. You will supervise a team, recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, payroll and benefits, and report to the home office.

Relocation is welcome as part of our growth plan. You will set store KPIs, oversee inventory, security, and end-of-period reporting, and build an environment that reflects Marco’s leadership and values.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant.
• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Source and interview store employees to embrace company values.
• Train team on processes, policies and procedures to ensure a world-class operation.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads and Manager in Training.
• Manage HR responsibilities including scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office.
