Marco's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop a store team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage costs and operations. Relocation is supported to contribute to company expansion and performance goals.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits and reporting, and ensure quality standards, speed of service, and a safe, clean environment for guests.

Competenze

• 3 years of leadership experience or more
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Adept at scheduling, payroll, benefits and reporting to home office
