Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a restaurant or similar team.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to schedule, forecast demand, and manage inventory and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive correct and complete orders within service time goals.
• Oversee quality and consistency of products and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Provide direction and supervision to reduce turnover and implement positive change.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period-end paperwork as directed by management.
• Handle scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately.
