Darmody Family McDonald's in Wisconsin is seeking a driven Restaurant Manager who can inspire a team, deliver outstanding Customer Service, and drive sales while controlling costs. You will recruit, train, and coach crew and shift managers, schedule to maximize coverage, and ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness are top priorities.

This role requires at least 3 years of leadership experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering an exceptional McDonald’s experience to guests.

Qualificações

• Requires ability to recruit, lead and develop restaurant teams.

• Ability to manage P&L, labor and costs to hit targets.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate a group to achieve common goals and set the restaurant tone.
• Develop and execute local store marketing to maximize sales.
• Effectively schedule to build the business across all day parts.
• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness and sanitation daily.
• Recruit, interview and develop crew and shift managers.
• Lead team meetings and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure security procedures and loss prevention measures are followed.
