Darmody Family McDonald’s is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead a single location. You will recruit, train, and develop the team to deliver outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value while driving sales and controlling costs.

Responsible for scheduling, safety, inventory, and daily operations, you will build customer loyalty through exceptional guest experiences and a strong team culture. Must have experience in restaurant leadership and a passion for food service.

Responsibilities

• Motivate a group of people to act toward a common goal.
• Set the tone for the restaurant and customer service environment.
• Develop and execute local store marketing plans to maximize sales potential.
• Manage expenses and meet budget targets.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Accurately project and control all P&L line items like food and labor.
• Schedule to build the business across all day parts.
• Recruit, select and develop crew and management; conduct performance appraisals.
