Job summary

KBP Bells, part of KBP Brands and a Taco Bell franchise, seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Colorado Springs to lead operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit and coach teams, manage inventory and cash controls, ensure food quality and service, and work with the leadership team to grow careers within our fast‑paced restaurant group. Eligible for education benefits and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $57784.00 per year - $70000.00 per year.
