The ideal candidate has at least two years of GM experience in a high-volume restaurant, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, including budgeting, labor management, food cost, and P&L statements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
