Little Caesars is hiring a General Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and manage staffing and compliance. This working manager role emphasizes customer service, supervision of a team, and adherence to policies and laws.

Expect hands-on leadership with only 5–10 hours of admin work weekly. The role reports to the District Manager and offers a competitive salary, a bonus program, health insurance, 2 weeks of vacation, and growth opportunities

• Ability to work 45 hours/week including nights and weekends

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

We are currently hiring a GENERAL RESTAURANT MANAGER!

This position oversees the day-to-day operation of a restaurant facility that serves proprietary and/or brand food products and beverages. The General Restaurant Manager is responsible for the business unit’s sales, profitability, expense control, inventory, customer service, safety, and condition. Emphasis is placed on customer service, supervision of staff, and operating within the scope of company and/or brand policies and standards and applicable laws. The General Restaurant Manager reports directly to the District Manager. This is a working manager position, meaning there is no back office to sit in. The manager works alongside the crew and is expected to do everything they would ask of their crew and the administrative portion is only 5-10 hours a week. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
