Job summary

Freebirds World Burrito is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage a high-performing team, uphold food safety and brand standards, and cultivate a positive culture that rewards performance and growth.

As a strategic leader, you’ll align operations with company goals, mentor staff, and ensure consistent execution across all shifts, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current casual dining experience.
• Restaurant industry experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to achieve sales and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Direct and supervise managers and team members.
• Create memorable guest experiences and build teams.
• Operate as a hands-on leader supporting all positions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to brand standards.
