Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to reinforce CORE values and lead a restaurant team toward delivering great food and a friendly guest experience.

You will manage operations, coach leaders, schedule staff, control costs, and ensure safety and compliance. The role requires 50+ hours weekly and ServeSafe certification. Border Foods offers top pay, a bonus program, education programs, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Schedule demands include early morning, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
