Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, train and develop a diverse team.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train management and crew using current training systems; evaluate performance.
• Meet safety, sanitation and security policies; ensure quality and profitability.
• Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records and reports.
