Job summary

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience in T QS, fast-casual, retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on leadership style, and willingness to work on shifts with the team.
• Experience with scheduling, hiring, inventory, cash controls, food cost and labor management.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to work alongside the team during busy shifts.

• Experience with scheduling, hiring, inventory, cash controls, food cost, and labor management is preferred.

• A strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform the physical duties required in a restaurant setting.
