Job summary

Paycom is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations in Walterboro, SC. You will lead FOH/HOH teams, grow sales, and ensure EBITDA goals while maintaining accountability and a customer-first culture.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own your four walls and your local community by growing sales and EBITDA and meeting budgets.
• Oversee FOH and HOH results including Ecosure.
• Ensure CHARM service model is integrated by FOH with every guest.
• Communicate company initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and follow-ups with Managers and Team Members.
• Reinforce team members' skills and managers' leadership behaviors.
• Identify strategies to retain the best team members.
• Control receiving and inventory levels and report concerns to Area Coach.
• Create and delegate daily goals and tasks and ensure completion through follow-up.
• Monitor scheduling and staffing to meet sales goals.
• Adhere to wage and hour regulations and payroll responsibilities.
• Control funds, bank deposits, and payroll.
