Job summary

Silverton Casino LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Mi Casa Latin Restaurant in the United States. You will lead front of house and back of house, ensure exceptional guest service, monitor financial performance, and drive marketing initiatives to grow the brand.

The role requires at least 5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage costs, vendor relationships, and staff training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Ability to manage a team of employees and maintain a positive work environment.
• Experience implementing marketing strategies and social media to increase profits.
• Knowledge of profit and loss management, food and labor cost control, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Mi Casa Latin Restaurant.
• Coordinate front of house and back of house activities.

• Review product quality and manage vendor relationships.
