Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. in Tacoma, WA is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and uphold the Meatcraft standard. You will guide the management team and crew through performance, engagement, and training initiatives to deliver top-quality food and service.

You will drive local marketing, sales, and profitability while handling interviewing, hiring, and terminations and ensuring cost controls and cash handling are in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of foodservice management.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Be ready to interview, hire, and terminate staff and run the store with a bottom-line focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Drive local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals; ensure the restaurant delivers top-quality meats.
• Run the store as if it were your own business with a focus on bottom line; manage interviewing, hiring, and terminations.
