Checkers & Rally's Drive-In Restaurants in Columbus, OH seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage the P&L, analyze data, and implement plans to improve service and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The GM will recruit and train staff, monitor adherence to policies, and foster a safe, clean, and welcoming workplace for team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills for budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communications.

Responsabilités

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Continually analyzing data and developing and executing plans to improve sales and profits and increase restaurant service and efficiency
• Determining staffing needs and hiring the right candidates for the right position
• Ensuring shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and Guest satisfaction
• Training Team Members and Managers on operations, policies and procedures and Guest service
