Job Summary

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team to deliver excellent guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable sales of a single restaurant. They oversee the restaurant's overall operation, ensuring compliance with brand standards, Indus policies, and all applicable laws.

Responsibilities

1. Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
2. Lead team meetings and deliver training
3. Ensure execution of brand standards, recipes, and systems
4. Create and maintain a guest-focused culture
5. Review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
6. Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to team members
7. Execute new product rollouts, including training and sampling
8. Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with laws
9. Control costs to maximize profitability
10. Conduct periodic inventory and manage vendor orders
11. Develop self-assessments and action plans
12. Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy compliance
13. Meet restaurant budget goals
14. Manage cash over/short and handle deposits
15. Engage with field operations as needed
16. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members
17. Monitor and review employee performance
