Job summary

Burger King in McCalla, AL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, own the P&L, and drive guest experience. As the executive leader, you’ll build a high-performing team, ensure compliance, and deliver profitable results with support from your District Manager.

You’ll recruit, coach 20–45 employees, manage staffing and scheduling, and execute local marketing initiatives to grow sales.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers
• Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• Commitment to guest service excellence
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
