Responsibilities
- Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth and meet or exceed profit and loss goals.
- Oversee restaurant operations, including decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and sanitation.
- Interview, hire, and train high-quality hourly staff.
- Conduct orientation and training for new employees.
- Provide feedback to staff to facilitate development and improve operations.
- Prepare shift reports such as sales, cash, and labor reports.
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Implement security procedures to protect assets and personnel.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management experience.
- Ability to lead and coordinate organizational goals.
- Hands-on leadership style with team-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
