Responsibilities

• Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth and meet or exceed profit and loss goals.
• Oversee restaurant operations, including decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and sanitation.
• Interview, hire, and train high-quality hourly staff.
• Conduct orientation and training for new employees.
• Provide feedback to staff to facilitate development and improve operations.
• Prepare shift reports such as sales, cash, and labor reports.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Implement security procedures to protect assets and personnel.
