You’ll oversee daily operations for breakfast and lunch, ensure top-quality food, safety, and memorable guest experiences, and own the P&L, labor, and costs.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong head for numbers and operations (labor, scheduling, P&L, etc.).
• Passion for great food, meaningful work, and making a difference.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities with calm and confidence.
• Comfort with physical requirements and working early hours, weekends, holidays.

$60,000-$65,000 annually *with potential bonus of $10,000 - $15,000

And we're looking for a General Manager to lead our Downtown Wichita location - someone who feels called to lead with heart, build up others, and help make mornings brighter.

What You Bring:

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant
• A strong head for numbers and operations (labor, scheduling, P&L, etc.)
• A passion for great food, meaningful work, and making a difference
• A knack for juggling competing priorities with calm and confidence
• The physical ability to be on your feet, stay active, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Flexibility to work early hours, weekends, and holidays (we serve breakfast and lunch only!)
