Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for HomeGrown in Downtown Wichita. The role leads daily operations, sales, and people, with a focus on hospitality, culture, and community impact.

The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 per year, plus a potential bonus of $10,000–$15,000. Candidate will manage a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong numeric and operational skills including labor, scheduling, and P&L ownership.
• Passion for great food, meaningful work, and making a difference.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities with calm and confidence.
• Physical ability to stand, stay active, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work early hours, weekends, and holidays (breakfast and lunch service).

• The physical ability to be on your feet, stay active, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Flexibility to work early hours, weekends, and holidays (we serve breakfast and lunch only!)
