Job summary

Marco's Pizza in West Bend, WI, seeks a General Manager to lead our store team, drive sales, ensure top product quality and exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee hiring, training, and scheduling, while managing costs, inventory, and store presentation to deliver a world-class dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of leadership in a restaurant setting, with ability to manage up to 20 staff and work ~50 hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure they embrace company values.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage inventory par levels and ordering system; complete weekly inventory and end-of-period inventory.
• Create store Action Plans including marketing to improve the business; track weekly KPIs.
