Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a proactive General Manager in Gastonia to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will oversee staff development, training, scheduling, and cost control while upholding Marco’s standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience in food service, with a passion for people and results. This on-site role requires weekend availability and a focus on operations excellence.
