Marco’s Pizza in Terre Haute is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop people, drive sales, and control costs while delivering outstanding product quality and customer service. You will source and interview staff, train team members, manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and reviews, and ensure inventory accuracy and KPI performance.

This role requires a strong leader who can run a 50-hour week, including weekends, in a fast-paced restaurant.

Formación

• 3 years of leadership experience are required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members and work ~50 hours/week, including weekends.
