As a General Manager, you will be responsible for Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable for our guests by ensuring Golden Corral's operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant. In this leadership role, you will ensure optimal restaurant financial results, outstanding guest service and food quality, while providing the management team and Co-workers with opportunities to succeed.

Requirements:

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
