Job summary

National casual concept is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead with integrity and ethics in our established dining concept in Valdosta, GA. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and ensure financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GM leadership in full-service or casual dining, is proficient with liquor programs, and can mentor teams while maintaining high standards of service and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership.
• Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts.
• Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs.
• Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control.
• Experience with training and mentoring.
• Excellent integrity and character.
• Professional demeanor with strong leadership capabilities.
