Popeyes is expanding in the Tulsa market and seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth. You will hire, train and develop the management team while ensuring top food quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day operations of the restaurant.
• Hires, trains, coaches and plans the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members.
• Maintains an exceptional level of food quality and customer service.
• Drives the throughput and efficiency of the unit.
• Responsible for sales growth, cost management, and profit growth.
• Ensures food safety, orders and counts inventory.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety standards and applies knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices.
• All other duties as assigned.
