Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Ballwin, MO is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a restaurant team, drive sales, and uphold quality and service standards daily.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, oversee inventory, costs, and safety, and report performance to the home office. Weekend availability and the ability to supervise up to 20 teammates are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant experience preferred or required.
