Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) ensures compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruitment and retention of team members, financial accountability, and delivering high-quality products and services to customers.

Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, handle, feel, reach, and occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include peripheral vision and focus adjustment. Exposure to cooking fumes and moderate noise levels are typical.
