Starwood Hotels is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Welina Terrace in Hawaii. The role requires a proven track record in upscale F&B leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction and team development.

Ideal candidates will have extensive F&B experience, strong leadership, and the flexibility to manage a 24-hour operation while upholding the brand’s standards of service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in F&B within upscale luxury environments.
• Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Expert in F&B operations with strong leadership and engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About You...

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
• Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
